- 625 mL (2 ½ cup) of all-purpose flour
- subheading: For the royal icing:
- 1L (4 cups) of confectioners' sugar
- 75 to 90 mL (5 to 6 tbsp) of Neilson 18% Table Cream*
- For stiff icing: Use 15 mL (1 tbsp) less cream
- To thin icing: Add 3 mL (½ tsp) of cream at a time until you reach proper consistency
