Ingredients
  • 1 large cauliflower head cut into florets (about 4 cups of florets)
  • 2 Tbsps olive oil, avocado oil
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond, coconut, or cashew milk
  • 1 Tbsp gluten-free flour
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (I used sharp)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • sea salt and pepper to taste, about ¼ teaspoon each
  • 1 Tbsp freshly chopped parsley
  • Optional: crumbled nitrate-free bacon to sprinkle on top
