Pizza Dough
From Zeitman's Grocery
Ingredients
  • 310 g HG Flour (100%)
  • 181 g Water (58%)
  • 3 g Yeast (1%)
  • 6 g Salt (2%)
  • 6 g Olive Oil (2%)
  •  
  • Use 2% yeast for slightly quicker ferment
Steps
  1. Dissolve yeast in water
  2. Add flour and salt and mix to combine
  3. Once the dough begins to come together stream in the olive oil
  4. Shape into 450 g balls and lightly grease
  5. Refrigerate overnight
