Pumpkin Spice Hummus [Tastes Like Pumpkin Pie!]
Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons tahini or cashew butter
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice approx. 1 medium lemon
  • 3 tablespoons fancy molasses or maple syrup (or other liquid sweetener)
  • 1 + ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground cloves
  • ⅛ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons water as needed for desired consistency
