  • ΒΌ cup japanese mayo   more for drizzling.
  • 1 tbsp sriracha   more for drizzling.
  • 2 serranos (1 sliced & 1 finely chopped).
  • 3 scallions (chopped, separate white and green part).
  • 2 tsp sesame oil.
  • 2 tsp tamari (more for the sauce).
  • 1 english cucumber (thinly sliced).
  • 2 avocados (sliced).
  • 1 lemon.
  • shichimi togarashi.
