Maple-Whiskey Turkey
Ingredients

  • 2 sticks butter, softened

  • ¼ cup turkey fat from drippings, plus more if needed
  • ⅓ cup all-purpose flour, plus more if needed

  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
