  • or 1 teaspoon dried ⅛ TEASPOON cayenne pepper

  • ONE 13.25-OZ PACKAGE whole-wheat or brown rice noodles
  • 14 to 16 noodles TWO 26-OZ JARS low-fat marinara sauce
  • less than 3gms fat per serving
  • ⅓ CUP flat-leaf (Italian) parsley chopped
