Ingredients
  • subheading: Chicken Enchilada Soup:
  • (2) 24.5 oz cans of chicken breast or use shredded chicken
  • 1 can Rotel
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 4 to 6 cups chicken broth
  • 1tsp Cumin
  • 1tsp salt
  • 1tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • I blend the cream cheese and some broth in the blender then add.
