Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp chocolate protein powder
  • dash of baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg
  • ⅛ cup milk
  • 1 tbsp applesauce
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • sugar to taste (¼ tbsp if you like it really dark, 1 tbsp if you like it more milk chocolatey)
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter right in the middle.

  1. Microwave for 1:15 on high
