Ingredients

  • water for soaking
  • 2 large apples, peeled and chopped (pretty fine)
  • ½ cup (80 g) dried cranberries, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon (5 g) whole psyllium husks
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (more or less to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1 and ½ cups (355 mL) nondairy milk, divided use
