  • 1 lb bag of frozen, shelled edamame
  • ¼ cup onion, diced
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro leaves, tightly packed
  • 1 large clove garlic, sliced
  • ¼ cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 heaping Tbsp miso paste (I used white)
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp chili garlic sauce
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 6 Tbls olive oil
