Ingredients
  • 2 cups SCOBY, diced
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • Sumac (optional)
Steps
  1. Add strawberries, sugar, and salt in a saucepan and simmer until soft.
  2. Blend SCOBY in a blender with some kombucha until smooth. Add fruit and puree together. Make it really smooth.
  3. Spread on dehydrator sheets evenly, ⅛" to ¼" layer. Sprinkle with sumac.
  4. Dehydrate on lowest setting for 12 to 18 hours.
