  • 1 ½ cups Onion, diced
  • 1 cup Tomato Puree
  • ¾ cup Plain Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon Red Chili Powder, red
  • 1 tablespoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • pinch of Saffron
  • 2 tablespoons Milk
  • ½ cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped
