Buffalo chicken dip is a creamy and tangy appetizer that captures the flavors and heat of Buffalo chicken wings. Made with just five ingredients, it’s the perfect party appetizer, delivering all the tantalizing flavors of buffalo chicken without the mess of sticky fingers! You can either cook the chicken ahead of time or use rotisserie chicken to make it extra easy. It’s not a competition, but you’ve definitely won the appetizer game with this one!

Ingredients
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup Frank's RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Hot Sauce
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • ½ cup blue cheese crumbles
Steps
  1. PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Spoon into shallow 1-quart baking dish.
  2. BAKE 20 minutes or until mixture is heated through; stir. Sprinkle with green onions, if desired, and serve with chips, crackers and/or cut up veggies. Makes 32 (2-tablespoon) Servings.
