  • A tub of full-fat yogurt (24oz)
  • 8oz (by weight) pickled beets, grated or sliced thinly
  • 1 Persian cucumber, grated
  • Handful fresh pomegranate seeds
  • Couple of tablespoons of julienned mint leaves
  • Big pinch kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon cumin seeds, toasted then ground
  • Couple of big pinches @burlapandbarrel ground black lime
