Grilled Teriyaki Chicken and Pineapple
Ingredients

  • 2 medium cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ¼ cup light brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch, mixed with 1 tablespoon water
  • 1-½ lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • ½ medium fresh pineapple, center removed and pineapple cut into slices
  • Green onions and steamed rice for serving
