Vegan Tuna Sandwich
Ingredients
  • (2) 15-ounce cans chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained and rinsed
  • 1 to 2 medium dill pickles, chopped small
  • ΒΌ cup celery, chopped small (optional)
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons Vegan Mayo, | homemade or store bought
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce, or tamari for gluten-free
  • For serving: bread, sliced tomatoes, lettuce, red onion, avocado, mustard
