Ingredients
  • Celery Root            1 bulb  with stalks
  • Walnuts                  handfull
  • Apples "sour"         1 to 3
  • subheading: Dressing:
  • Mayonnaise            3 Tbs
  • Sour Cream             1 Tbs
  • Sugar                        2 to 3 pinch
  • Salt                            1 pinch
  • Pepper black            2 pinch
  • Lemon juice             1 to 2 Tbs   =½ lemon
  • Tarragon "fresh"      2 Tbs   finely chopped

Steps
  1. remove skin from root + cut into ¼ cubes + toss in cold water + allow to soak while you prep dressing + then drain/pat very dry
  2. toast walnuts in dry pan (2 to 3 min) + transfer to plate to allow cooling
  3. whisk dressing ingredients together
  4. core + cut apples into small cubes
  5. cut grapes into quarters
  6. gently fold all ingredients together + introduce just enough dressing not to make it soggy
