  • 1 ½ Cups Crushed Pork Rinds - or a 3 oz bag before crushing
  • 3 Large Eggs
  • 1 ¼ tsp. Sea Salt
  • ¼ tsp. Ground Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Paprika
  • ½ tsp. Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp. Onion Powder
  • ⅓ Cup Avocado Oil - + more needed
