- 16 oz. package of cranberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 6oz. frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup celery
- 1 cup crushed pineapple
- 1 cup chopped apple, peeled
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- Cook cranberries, sugar, and water over low heat until cranberries pop, 15 minutes or more.
- Remove from heat before stirring in remaining ingredients. Cover, refrigerate.
- Make up to 1 week in advance. Store in refrigerator.
