Cranberry Chutney

Ingredients
  • 16 oz. package of cranberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 6oz. frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup celery
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup chopped apple, peeled
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
Steps
  1. Cook cranberries, sugar, and water over low heat until cranberries pop, 15 minutes or more.
  2. Remove from heat before stirring in remaining ingredients. Cover, refrigerate.
  3. Make up to 1 week in advance. Store in refrigerator.
