  • ½ cup (92 g) peeled and diced zucchini
  • 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
  • ⅛ teaspoon fine-grain sea salt
  • 1 to 3 tablespoons fresh-squeezed lemon juice
  • subheading: For the strawberry sauce:
  • 2 cups (16 ounces/455 g) strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 4 tablespoons (60 ml) raw honey
  • 2 tablespoons fresh-squeezed lemon juice
