Honey Glazed Baked Salmon

  • 3 cloves minced garlic about 1 tablespoon
  • 1 ½ tablespoons low sodium soy sauce or tamari
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 4 6-ounce skin-on salmon fillets
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • Squeeze fresh lime juice or lemon juice
  • Chopped fresh cilantro or green onion
  • Prepared brown rice or cauliflower rice optional for serving
