  • 600 g plain flour
  • 1 teaspoon fine sea salt

  • 150 g granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • subheading: For the Caramel:
  • 60 g vegan butter
  • 120 g soft dark brown sugar
