  • 1 cup dried rice
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • Sour cream (optional)
  • Cilantro (optional)
  • Black beans (optional)
  • Lime (optional)
  • Tomatoes (optional)
  • Salsa (optional)
  • Avocado (optional)
Steps
  1. Prepare ground beef, rice, and beans.
  2. Cut tomatoes, limes, and cilantro.
  3. Assemble bowls with ingredients.
