Shrimp Dijon

Ingredients
  • ½ cup butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ⅓ cup minced parsley
  • ½ tap paprika
  • dash cayenne (optional)
  • ½ cup dry white wine
  • 2 cups soft bread crumbs
  • 4 cups cooked shrimp
Steps
  1. Melt butter; add garlic, parsley, paprika, cayenne, and wine; mix.  Stir bread crumbs.
  2. Place shrimp in baking dish.  Spread butter mixture over.
  3. Bake in 350 oven 25 minutes, or until crumbs brown.  I will put under broiler a few minutes if the crumbs aren't browning but watch carefully so they do not burn.
