Ingredients
  • Mashed cauliflower in the IP was sooooooo easy and less messy! I took a whole head, cut the stem, removed leaves (BUT I left it whole, intact) and washed it. I used ¼ c of some chicken broth I made last night. If you dont have broth just use water, then add butter, salt etc once the cauliflower is mashed. Set the trivet in the pot, place the head of cauliflower on the trivet. Seal the lid, use manual setting time 2 mins. QR then remove lid, remove trivet, break apart the cauliflower with a knife or fork. Use a handheld potato masher or I used my immersion blender right in the pot! You can season it as you wish. If you have to you can use a food processor as well. I just love that I didn't have to dirty a bunch of things just to make it!
