Keto Mock French Fries
Ingredients
  • ½ almond flour
  • ⅓ almond flour- yes both are flour
  • note: **The reason I posted like this is because I don’t know the measurements in cup form so I broke it down in 2 separate measurements... I guess you can say ¾ of a cup .. BUT.. remove 2 Tbsp*** Hope this helps
  • 3 Tsp xanthan gum
  • 6 Tbsp hot water
  • ½ tsp pink salt
  • ½ cup of olive oil to cook the “fries” in
Steps
  1. Mix all ingredients together and form a ball.
  2. Sandwich the dough between 2 pieces of parchment paper.
  3. Using a rolling pin flatten to about ½ inch .. make into a rectangle.
  4. Cut thin slices .
  5. Heat up oil in pan enough just to cover fries, until golden brown.
Notes
  • Air Frying makes it like dried bread. So fry in oil
