Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 ¼ cups oat flour
  • 1 ¼ cups blanched almond flour tightly packed
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ tsp salt (optional)
  • ¼ cup unsweetened soy milk or other plant milk
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen*
  • subheading: Powdered Sugar Drizzle (optional):
  • ½ cup Powdered sugar loosely packed
  • 1 tbsp plant milk
