Ingredients
- 1 bag Kim Tu Thap BBL flour (12 oz)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 TBS oil + sautéed shallot
- 2 cups cold water
- 2 cups boiling water
- Filling: 1/2 lb pork + 1/2 lb shrimp + fish sauce & sugar to taste
Steps
- Mix all dry ingredients and oil and cold water in a pot.
- Add boiling water in increment to the pot.
- Put the pot on low heat & stir until evenly mixed. May need to take pot off the heat intermittently. This may take 30 minutes.
- Filling: saute shrimp & pork separately with fish sauce and 1 tsp sugar each.
