Ingredients
- Steve Mitchell, creator/founder of The Mind of Watercolor YouTube channel, in cooperation with M. Graham & Co and Wet Paint Artists’ Materials & Framing, is introducing his first ever M. Graham watercolor set. The set - made up of ten 15ml tube colors chosen personally by Steve - is available now, and exclusively through Wet Paint.
- Steve has been a professional graphic designer and illustrator for over 35 years. He first purchased M. Graham watercolors in a small local art shop to replace some of his cheaper paint. Chosen originally based on availability and value, Steve’s love of the brand grew as he continued using the colors and comparing them to other professional grade colors. M. Graham quickly became his go-to favorite. In 2014 Steve launched his YouTube channel, The Mind of Watercolor. Now with over 280,000 subscribers and 18 million views, he currently creates watercolor videos for his channel full time.
- Steve explains, “The vibrancy, transparency, easy re-wetability, and large single pigment selection in the M. Graham watercolor line is just outstanding. The more I used the colors the more I loved them. I’ve also been impressed with M. Graham’s desire to maintain the traditional art of hand-crafted, small batch paint made with historic, natural bases such as honey. I’ve narrowed my favorite color choices down to a familiar, time tested group and I’m very proud of this selection. This palette has provided me with a lot of mixing success and flexibility.”
