Bread Machine Sourdough Cinnamon Raisin Bread

3 c Bread Flour

1⁄4 c Sour Dough Starter

1 1⁄8 c Warm Water (The starter doesn't need to be too hot since you will be dissolving the starter in it.)

1 pn Course Ground Sea Salt

1⁄4 c Light Brown Sugar (If you do not have brown sugar, white sugar is fine)

1⁄4 c Raisins (Add up to ½ cup if you like extra raisins)

1 t Ground Cinnamon

1 t Pumpkin Pie Spice (Or combination of Allspice and Nutmeg)

4 T Room Temperature Butter (Can substitute with vegetable oil if you prefer)
