Ingredients
  • 1.5 C vital wheat gluten
  • ¼ C chickpea flour
  • 2 T nutritional yeast
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp ancho chili powder
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 dried red chili pepper (or 1 T red pepper flakes)
  • 4 large cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ C fresh cilantro, minced
  • 2 T apple cider vinegar
  • 2 T Bragg’s liquid aminos
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • ¼ tsp liquid smoke
  • ¼ C tomato paste
  • 1.75 C vegetable broth (I used low sodium)
