  • 70% Hydro
  • 3% Salt
  • 1% Yeast
Steps
  1. I decided to take no knead to the extreme, a simple hand mix to shag
  2. 20 hour RT at 65F
  3. Single stretch and fold to ball
  4. 30 minute rest
  5. Form add toppings and sauce
  6. Cook at 550 for 6 minutes.
