No-Bake Blueberry Almond Energy Snacks
Ingredients
  • ⅔ cup finely chopped raw almonds (or use roasted, salted almonds for a more robust sweet-and-salty almond flavor)
  • ⅓ cup dried blueberries
  • 1 ¼ cup old-fashioned oats
  • ½ cup almond butter (or sub with peanut butter)
  • ¼ cup honey
  • Optional, but recommended: ¼ teaspoon salt
