  • 1 tablespoon Shaoxing wine (15 ml)
  • 1 cup frozen peas (120 g)
  • 1 scallion (chopped)
  • 4 eggs

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons hot water
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
