Ingredients
  • Whole cauliflower
  • EVOO
  • sweet basil
  • turmeric
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder
  • smoked paprika
  • coriander
  • 1 ½ cups water or broth
Steps
  1. High pressure for 1 minute and quick release.
Notes
  • Wanted to share this with the group... my wife and I started Keto in July of last year.  About 2 months ago we got an IP, this cauliflower recipe is by far one of our favorites!  Keep bloom whole, dress with EVOO, sweet basil, turmeric, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika and coriander.   High pressure for 1 minute and quick release.  Enjoy!
