  • 1 medium-size sweet onion, thinly sliced (about 2 ¼ cups)
  • 4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced (about 2 tsp.)
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ cups beef stock
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp. Creole mustard
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh thyme leaves
