Grilled Beetroot Burger for the Win! ❤️
Ingredients
  • 2 tennis ball sized beets (grated)
  • ⅓ cup of shelled hemp seeds (blended to powder)
  • ⅔ cup of sunflower seeds (blended to powder)
  • Mix together in food processor
  • Only a few seconds, make sure its more mulch than puree, remember you have to shape them
  • Add 4 TBS oatmeal
  • 3 TBS hemp seeds
  • 3 TBS sunflower seeds.
  • Add any spices, I used garlic powder, fresh cilantro, vegeta, Mrs.dash, orageno, basil, black pepper, cayenne pepper.
