MY Spatchcock Chicken

  • 7# Purdue Roaster
  • Brush w/ melted butter w/ salt, pepper, garlic & onion powder, paprika
  • 425° in foiled lined roast pan w/ wire rack

  • 455pm oven @ 425°, took 22 min. 540pm = 45 min. 546pm oven temp @ 350°. 556pm oven @ 425°. Took out, skin is brown. Temp 166 to 170°, resting. It was good. Guessing I baked taters at same time?
  • Asparagus = 425° 10 min. Biscuits in 3 min later. Switch racks. 4 min more for biscuits, 5 min for asp. Biscuits are supposed to cook at 350°
