8 oz spaghetti or ramen noodles

1 lb ground beef

2 tbsp vegetable oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

½ cup soy sauce

¼ cup brown sugar

¼ cup beef broth

¼ tsp red pepper flakes

½ cup green onions, sliced

Sesame seeds for garnish
