Ingredients
  • RECIPE: . ✔️BROWNIE LAYER: - ½ cup @lilys_sweets_chocolate chips - 3 TBS coconut oil . - 2 eggs - 1 tsp vanila - ½ cup unsweetened apple sauce - ¼ cup almond flour - 2 scoops @f_factor chocolate - ⅓ cup coco powder . . ✔️COOKIE LAYER: - ¼ cup @lakantosweetener syrup or fiber syrup - 3 tbs coconut oil . - 1 egg - 1 tsp vanilla - 2 scoops @f_factor vanilla - 3 tbs coconut flour - ½ cup almond flour . - 1 tsp baking powder - 1 tbs @lilys_sweets_chocolate chips folded in and 2 tbs on top .
Steps
  1. ✔️Directions: . (1) Preheat the oven to 350F, . (2) Begin with the brownie layer-melt the ½ cup chocolate chips and the coconut oil, set aside (it will be oily) . . (3) In a large bowl, mix all of the remaining brownie ingredients, then add the chocolate and coconut oil mixture, . (4) Grease an 8x8 pan (ideal to line it with parchment paper to ensure it more easily pops out), . (4) Pour the brownie layer into the baking dish, . (5) Mix the ingredients for the cookie dough, . (6) Spread the cookie dough layer on top of the brownie batter and top with remaining chocolate chips (the cookie dough is thick so you need to spread it with a spatula), . (7) Bake for 20 minutes or until top is golden, then cover the top with tin foil to bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes. . ENJOY and store in the fridge for up to 1 week
