gold standard biscuits using almond/bamboo flour
Ingredients
  • 3 cups New Standard 2.0 flour (almond/bamboo)
  • 4 ½ teaspoons baking powder
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ¾ cup heavy whipping cream
  • Additional flour (maybe ⅛ cup in a sifter) to dust my working surface and the biscuit mix as I "worked it" by patting it out and folding it over onto itself (4 times).
