Ingredients
  • ¾ C shredded cheese (separated: 5 Tbsp, 5 Tbsp, 3 Tbsp)
  • 2 eggs
  • 5-⅓ Tbsp kimchi
  • ⅓ C precooked chicken breast
Steps
  1. Preheat pan
  2. Beat 5 Tbsp cheese and eggs (add any desired seasonings). Spread in pan, heat until mixture roughly solidifies.
  3. Add 5 Tbsp cheese.
  4. Let cheese mostly melt, add chicken and kimchi.
  5. Cover with remaining 3 Tbsp cheese to ensure toppings stay in place.
