White Sauce Chicken and Brussels Sprouts Pasta Bake
Ingredients
  • ½ pound Brussels sprouts
  • 2 large cloves garlic
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 10 ounces GF pasta
  • 1 pound chicken breasts, diced
  • 5 ounces bacon, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons non-dairy butter
  • 2 tablespoons arrowroot or tapioca starch
  • 2 ½ cups cashew milk or coconut milk
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup non-dairy cheddar cheese, grated
  • ⅓ cup GF breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
