LEMON CHEESECAKE FATBOMBS

Ingredients
  • ¼ cup - coconut oil
  •  
  • ¼ cup - unsalted butter
  •  
  • 4 oz - cream cheese
  •  
  • 2 tbs - sweetner
  •  
  • 1 oz - fresh lemon juice + zest of one lemon
  •  
  • Favorite KETO berries
Steps
  1. Mix coconut oil, unsalted butter, cream cheese and sweetener together with a hand mixer until very smooth.
  2. Add Lemon zest and juice, combine.
  3. Spoon into silicone molds, mini-muffin liners or ice cube trays. Drop in a blueberry and freeze until fat bombs are firm. Pop out of molds and keep in frozen in an airtight container until you need them.
