MUSHROOM TACOS - simpleveganrecipes/fitgreenmind
Ingredients

  • ½ cup (125ml) orange juice
  • 6 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tsp chili paste
  • a handful chopped cilantro
  • 2 Tsp each cumin and oregano
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • ¼ cup (60ml) olive oil
  • 450g mushrooms (I used king oyster mushrooms)
  • subheading: Marinate at least 30mins.:
  • subheading: “Salsa verde”:
  • a bunch cilantro or parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 Tbsp vegan yogurt
  • 4 Tbsp vegan mayo
  • ½ lemon
  • 1 Tsp cumin
  • 1 Tsp agave
  • salt to taste
