- 1 English cucumber
- 2 Roma tomatoes
- 6 stalks Green Spring onions
- Feta Cheese
- Virgin Olive Oil
- Apple Cider Vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
Steps
- Cut cucumber in half lengthwise
- Use a spoon to remove the seeds.
- Cut in in half lengthwise again and slice or dice.
- Cut tomatoes in half and remove the seeds.
- Cut the tomato shells into thick strips and dice.
- Finely chop green Spring onions
- Mix, drizzle with olive oil and a lesser amount of Apple Cider Vinegar
- Add feta cheese
- Salt and Pepper to taste
