Caesar Salad-Vegan Style
Ingredients
  • 1 cup water
  • ⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ⅓ cup raw cashews
  • 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon xanthan gum
  • 1 piece seaweed (Either roasted/salted or sushi nori seaweed will work. I used a 7 in. x 2 in. piece. Optional.)
