  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup salsa ( store-bought salsa or homemade salsa)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack or pepper jack cheese
  • Taco toppings of your choice, for serving
