  • 2 green chillies, 1 whole, 1 chopped
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • 100g butter
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 tbsp dried fenugreek leaves
  • 1 tbsp ground coriander
  • 5 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 100g tomato purée
  • 400g can kidney beans, undrained
  • ¼ tsp garam marsala
  • 50ml double cream
